The visit highlighted over a decade of the Sultan Foundation’s work in conservation, adaptive reuse, and community development at Qaitbey
Her Majesty met their team, enjoyed a percussion show by local children, and visited the Mishka workshop, where she wore earrings made by the women of Qaitbey – a touching gesture of appreciation. The tour concluded at the Mausoleum of Sultan al-Ashraf Qaitbey, showcasing their latest conservation work
